For those of you who are ordering for the first time, I thought it might be helpful if I provided you with a brief summary describing the ordering process for ThinkStraight.
When you choose to buy Think Straight from our Clearer-Thinking website, you will be transferred to ITV Ventures’ corporate website itself, so that you can be assured of secure ordering of the product.
As a new customer you will be need to complete a very short form in which you type in your name and other relevant contact information. You then click the submit button, after which you will arrive at a page thanking you for becoming a new customer with ITV Ventures.
On that thank you page you will see a link that takes you back to your order page, where you type in your credit card information on a secure form, and submit it. Your order is now complete. You will receive a couple of emails from ITV Ventures, thanking you for becoming a customer and confirming your order of Think Straight.
So you know, your shipping charge will be based on the weight of your package, so the shipping charge increases slightly the more product you choose to order. You can choose to have your order shipped via UPS ground, 2 day or next day shipping. Also, sales tax will be charged, based on the State that your order is shipped to.
To ensure your satisfaction, ITV Ventures has a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with the product, ITV Ventures will replace it at no charge or give you a credit for the price you paid (less shipping and handling). You can also receive a refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling, etc) of your ThinkStraight order if you return to ITV Ventures the unused portion within 30 days of ordering, with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number written on the exterior of the package.
